Sierra offers both a late afternoon and a late night limited menu as well as complete dinners from 5pm-10pm. Choose your entree, the finest fish, fowl and meats then combine it with your choice of gourmet sauces. Sauces range from the exotic and spicy Thai Hot Basil Coconut to caramelized onions and mushrooms simmered in Belgian ale. Not that hungry? Try our delicious "small bites," appetizers, sides, paninis or salads. Sierra proudly offers 20 draft beers and ales from high-end Belgium specialities to delightful local micro-breweries.
