Rochelle Goldberg Ruthchild, who holds a PhD in history from the University of Rochester, is Professor Emerita of Graduate Studies at Harvard's Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies. Her research includes the history of feminist movements in the US and in Russia. She is a founder of the 888 Women's History Project in Cambridge, MA, an organization created in part to produce a documentary film, Left on Pearl, for which Dr. Ruthchild is a co-producer.
