Great video! Wonderful to see how the students helped to create a program that diverts compostibles from the waste stream. Now if we could just get private companies such as grocery stores and restaurants to follow this example. I guess we may have to wait for these young people to grow up and bring these Best Practices into being as the cultural norm for everyone.

What a good example to us all! I agree with Mimi that it may be a while before we see private companies following suit  at least there is hope for the future. Meg.
