The honor of being awarded the Best Caterer vote, Seth Mias says, is "a testament" to a commitment he made when he opened the business nearly a decade ago. Back in 1992, Mias swore that everything that came out of his kitchen would "all be made from fresh ingredients and all be made from scratch," and that's what he continues to practice today. Within those simple but magical rules, he seeks to "satisfy all tastes," "meet the needs of events of any size, from the smallest to the largest" and serve clients "anywhere in Western Mass., and in some locations in Connecticut."
