With programs in nursing and radiology, it's on the cutting edge of health career education, and its Kittredge Center for Business and Workforce Development provides career counseling and other resources to business majors, as well as putting training, consulting and a vast selection of certification programs at the disposal of area businesses. Between its primary campus and its new Picknelly Adult and Family Education Center in downtown Holyoke, it educates 12,500 students a year through traditional degree programs and other educational paths, such as tutoring in all subjects, literacy and basic adult education programs, and GED prep. It also has a brand new Media Arts Center that boasts impressive audio/video recording and editing facilities.
