Vega Yoga

Aaron and Debra Vega practice hatha yoga, which they describe as an "umbrella style." They deliver "yoga for the people," and find that many beginners and newcomers "from three to 93" enjoy their welcoming approach. Aaron, a Holyoke native, moved back to the Valley from New York with his wife, Debra, a former Broadway dancer. The two are especially happy to be part of the revitalization of Holyoke in the Open Square area.
