Dan Ziomek, the nursery manager at Hadley Garden Center, has been with the store for the last 23 years, but that doesn't make him an unusually seasoned veteran. A lot of the staff, including owner Tom Giles, have been on the job for a long while, Ziomek says. That collective experience is a big part of the business' success, as gardeners of all kinds return to Hadley Garden Center season after season, looking for advice and new ideas in addition to the plants, fertilizers and implements they'll need. "We like to think we provide the best quality products and service and we really appreciate the loyalty of our customers," Ziomek says.
