The hard-working elves at Richardson's are constantly whipping up chocolate Santas for Christmas, chocolate-dipped cherries and strawberries for Valentine's Day and chocolate bunnies for Easter. They're also known for fall foliage season treats like fudge, peanut brittle and sea-salted caramel and toffee candies, and strawberries and Herrell's ice cream in the summer. The shop's homemade candy canes were recently featured on the cover of Edible Pioneer Valley, and their renowned "Dixies" (chocolate turtles with nuts and caramel) were tshowcased on the Food Network's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate."
