Nick's Nest

People come from far and wide for the dogs at Nick's Nest, a Holyoke landmark that's been around for 90 years—for the past six, under the ownership of Kevin and Jennifer Chateauneuf. While the couple has expanded the menu a bit—adding fries, onion rings and homemade soup—the hot dogs and sauce are still made from the longtime family recipe of the founders. "This place has so much rich history," says Kevin.
