For Larry Severance and his crew, success means taking popular breakfast and lunch fare—food that folks often want in a hurry—to a higher level of quality, while keeping it affordable and delivering it on time. "We're always looking for the best product—the freshest we can get from local vendors—and we keep our quality above the average," Severance says. "We're catering to people who know the difference." In addition to running the Amherst restaurant, "we do a ton of catering and delivery," Severance says, adding a plug for the desserts, including a proprietary product: "We're the home of Sugar Jones Cookies."
