Jim Sands, owner of Zoe's Fish House, explains that the restaurant closed its doors in Easthampton, and, a couple of years later in 2010, reopened in Hadley. "We love to showcase fish from around the country," says Sands, "and we get deliveries six days a week. People trust us—our guests know that the fish is handled well." He points to Zoe's cod dishes and the lobster cod pan roast as particular favorites.
