Tucked into an unassuming strip mall in Florence, Great Wall has a devoted group of fans who value its fresh vegetables (from local farms) and other ingredients, and home-style cooking by owners Clara Li and her husband, Ken. Popular menu items include stuffed tofu (with chicken and shrimp, served over fresh vegetables), homemade dumplings, baby bok choy and fish dishes made, Li says, with the fresh catch of the day.
