Housed in the handsome Brown Fine Arts Center, Smith's museum houses a broad collection of paintings, sculptures, photographs, prints and antiquities; the Cunningham Center for the Study of Prints, Drawings, and Photographs is home to more than 1,600 drawings, 5,700 photographs, and an extensive collection of more than 8,000 prints from the 15th century to today. The museum hosts many public events, including gallery talks and the Second Friday series, when families are invited to learn about art and make some of their own.
