Seth Mias Catering, just seven years old, is now doing 350 catering functions a year, or almost one a day. Take that, recession! This company is nothing if not flexible; owner Seth Mias says one of his more adventurous jobs was a party at a beach in Connecticut that had no available kitchen, leaving his cooks to improvise with grills and food warmers.
