After 28 years in practice, Larysa Bachinsky can distill her approach to patient care to a fairly simple theme: "I take a lot of time with people and get to know them," says Bachinsky. "It's important to have a relationship with the people I treat." As such, she says she begins treatment with "lots of soft-tissue massage therapy and trigger-point therapy before moving on to skeletal manipulation." As a sole practitioner, she says, "I don't have to rush people in and out. I can take the time needed to build a relationship."
