While Steve Lewis Subaru has never won in this category before, Steve Lewis insists nothing has changed at his car dealership in the past year. He speaks of his 25 employees and countless customers with similar gratitude and respect. "I don't have an angry customer," he says. "Our policy's always been: 'If there's a problem, just solve it.' Everyone knows my door is always open." He also, of course, credits Subaru as well. It's the official car for this year's Northampton Pride, and he's also excited about Subaru's new products, pointing to the 2009 Forester, which has been completely redesigned, and the 2010 SUV, which has high safety ratings.
