Owner Curtis Rich first hung out a shingle as a coffee roaster almost two decades ago. Since then, he's created some signature blends like First Light, "which combines heavy, full-bodied and lighter floral tastes," and offers plenty of varietals and flavored coffee. "We roast very hands-on," says Rich. "We go by sight and sound, and a finely tuned gut," adds roaster Justin Nichols.
