A classic buffalo chicken chowder, four vegetarian soups every day, and seasonal favorites like corned beef stew for St. Patrick's Day and matzo ball soup for Passover have made the SouperBowl a winner in this category for quite a while. Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for smoothies, as well as vegetables for the soups, come from two farms run by relatives of owners Shiang and John Sobieski; as John says, "It can't get any fresher."
