Paul and Elizabeth's has been a mainstay for vegetarian cuisine in Northampton for 32 years. Working with local farms, and currently using up their store of winter root vegetables, they're eagerly looking toward the new growing season. In addition to serving fine vegetarian fare and seafood, they also bake their own bread and desserts. Their cream pies and chocolate mousse are particular favorites.
