Sibie's Pizza and Subs

Sibie's delivers to all of the Amherst schools, and also to its surrounding area (the shop is across from Hampshire College in South Amherst). Open until 11 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 1 to 9 p.m. on Sundays, Sibie's can accommodate even the latest cramming-for-tests diners. With all manner of pizzas (12" and 16") and specialty subs like The Mediterranean (with lamb, spinach and feta cheese) and the Chicken Pesto sub, it's not surprising that they've found themselves back in first place again.
