Sylvester's

Sylvester's has been a breakfast destination in Northampton since 1983, and was the home of Sylvester Graham (of Graham cracker fame) in the 1860s. In addition to offering customers favorites like omelettes and huevos rancheros, co-owner Peter St. Martin says the restaurant is currently focused on incorporating lots of local products, from eggs to yogurt, milk and goat cheese.
