Sarabjit "Pintu" Chawla started cooking as a boy, and now he holds court in style at his family-friendly West Springfield restaurant, putting newcomers to Indian cuisine at ease and matching dishes to customers' tastes. The food is Indian fusion, with dishes from many parts of the subcontinent, and the drinks include Pintu's Spiced Porter, a custom brew from Berkshire Brewing Company.
