Presented by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, the Green River Festival consists of the best in local and national bands outside on two stages. Crowds bask in the sun and dance on the grass. There's eating, drinking and making merry, and hot air balloons take off at dusk. What more could you ask for? This year's festival runs July 17 and 18.
