Mingles

Mingles once owned this category, but they hadn't won since 2005. Their equipment had run down, CDs were starting to skip (not something you want happening in the middle of "Feelings"), and their DJs just weren't drawing the crowds. So owners Carol Puza and Dan LaMontagne decided to do something about it. In the past year, they hired DJ Scott Choquette to revamp their entire system and make it state-of-the-art. It worked, and the changes have been so successful, they're planning to start mixing live videos soon. Open seven days a week, every day of the year, as their motto says, "It's the place to be."
