If you've shopped at Competitive Edge's store in Hadley, you will probably recognize Charlie Canalizo and Seth Brosnan, whose expertise in all things ski and bike is a big part of the store's success. In addition to a vast selection of brand-name products, including Vokyl and Salomon in skiing and Specialized, Cervelo and Trek in cycling, Competitive Edge is dedicated to superb customer service. "Everybody on staff does what we sell," says Canalizo, referring not just to the Hadley store but the sister stores in Holyoke and Longmeadow. The other part is a strong commitment to standing behind their products even after the sale is made: "If there's a problem," Canalizo says, "it's not a problem."
