Robert Ruszala, the golf course superintendent for the Hickory Ridge Country Club, attributes their win in this year's Best Of to his team's commitment to making their course in Amherst better each time golfers return. Working with his assistant, Mike Howell, and mechanic John Bemben, under the leadership of Kathy and Doug Harper, Ruszala makes certain the 300 members and the "greens fees" (non-members) feel equally at home on the 18-hole course.
