At Discount Mattress Warehouse, owner Amy Farber works against the stereotype she feels the mattress salespeople have as being "used car salesmen." Farber doesn't try to tell people what they need in a new mattress, but tries to cut through the thick layers of confusing marketing to present clear options and help her customers decide.
