At YES, a 15-year fixture in downtown Northampton, business is pretty evenly split between sales and service, says owner Mark Wineburg. While YES specializes in Macs, it also sells and repairs PCs. Wineburg says it's the personal attention that sets YES apart from competitors. "You can walk to the computer store and have a relationship with a person you know," he says. "It's all service-based."
