In a very small storefront on North Pleasant Street in Amherst, you'll find the doughy wonderland that is the Henion Bakery. They offer wedding cakes and party fare to those who are planning ahead, and to the drop-in visitor they offer an array of tasty treats including lots of breads (the sourdough French with raisins and walnuts is particularly tasty), wonderfully decadent cookies, pastries, and over-the-top doughnuts (there are even doughnut holes for the calorie-conscious).
