Place for homemade soup

This Valley favorite has a new bar menu that offers what owners John Sobieski and his wife, Shiang, view as "very related to soups." In a word: dips. Six or seven different types of dips: spinach and artichoke, black bean, crab and corn, buffalo chicken, nacho cheese, a cold salsa dip. And like their famous soups, all the dips are "homemade from scratch." The dips are served hot in a bread bowl, surrounded by tortilla chips. SuperBowl buys its ingredients from local sources, supporting local farmers, including John's family's farm, Sobieski's River Valley Farm, and Deerfield Farm. In warmer weather, SuperBowl's outdoor deck opens, so you can enjoy a meal made from fresh local ingredients in all that fresh local air.
