Located across from Hampshire College, Sibie's delivers to all Amherst schools and is also a staple for locals in the area. With creations like the chicken pesto sub and the Mediterranean sub (with lamb, spinach and feta cheese), it's no wonder they're so popular, and the schedule is convenient for customers (11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday, Sundays from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.).
