Kyle Wojtowicz, wine director, offers some numbers to explain the draw of Chandler's Restaurant at Yankee Candle Village. Lunches are casual, but evening dinners are lit by 200 candles, and the wine list offers some 170 choices. New additions this year include international wines from Europe, South America and Australia. Wine tastings happen every month, and Espresso Jazz provides the soundtrack.
