Debra Flynn "took a leap of faith" and became the new owner of the popular Eastside Grille in Northampton in May, 2008. Other than the ownership, she maintains that everything else has been kept the same, and that the consistency of their food, staff and atmosphere is what keeps diners coming back to enjoy their American fare with a touch of cajun style.
