Owner Themis Rizos attributes Opa-Opa's success to its great food, quality service and "of course, the best beer around" (25 varieties, brewed on site). While steaks are an obvious draw, the 5-year-old restaurant also offers other options, including seafood, chicken, salads and a new, lighter-fare menu. "The staff makes a big difference," Rizos says. "They're a big help to the success of the restaurant."
