Amherst Chinese has been a local institution since its opening in 1973; diners flock there for the healthy and delicious fare, including fresh, organic vegetables grown personally by owner Tso-cheng Chang. "We just serve healthy food," he says simply; that includes a new offering, ChiBerry juice, an organic supplement made from the schizandra berry.
