Northampton's Tunnel Bar really is in a tunnel—a tunnel that used to connect to the now-inactive Union Station, where trains left for destinations far and wide. If it's old-school sophistication you're looking for, this is the place. Choose from a large menu of oversized martinis from traditional to chocolate or coffee versions, and enjoy your drink in high style in one of the many comfortable armchairs. If you put an ear next to the arching tile, you can sometimes even hear voices from far down the tunnel.
