"We thought hip people in a dark room drinking beer would be a great atmosphere—with no TVs on, listening to great music," says The Dirty Truth's Jerry Randall. "All of us have high beer IQs," Randall adds, explaining his bar's popularity with the beer crowd. That IQ accounts for the careful selection of the Truth's 40 beers on tap and 50 more bottled beers. Randall tells the other "dirty little secret: the food is good."
