Though it's a credit union that isn't open to the general public, the members of the UMass Five College Federal Credit Union feel so strongly about it that they voted it our winner. The Credit Union is a full-service institution, offering all the services of a large commercial bank. The Union is a non-profit, democratic co-op that's member-owned.
