"There's an art to getting dressed and we love getting dressed," says owner Cynthia Buchanan. Customers feel comfortable enough to try new things in the warm atmosphere at Zanna, she adds. "They may try something they wouldn't normally--a different kind of scarf or a different look," and the experimentation pays off, Buchanan says.
