Souperbowl owners credit their survival in the competitive Pioneer Valley restaurant market to tenacity and consistency—and to the novelty of their cuisine. "The Valley offered everything except a restaurant specializing in soups," claimed the winners in the (surprise!) "Best Soup" category (try their Buffalo Chicken Chowder), who also offer salads, sandwiches, and beer and wine ? and novelty items like chocolate fondue.
