Osaka owners Mark Chen and Paul Zheng stay on the cutting edge of French/Japanese fusion cuisine by coaxing New York's finest sushi chefs back to the Valley to educate and inspire their cooks. However, in spite of the sophistication and breadth of their menu, which offers traditional sushi and hibachi items as well as trendier dishes, they credit the restaurant's success to a simple formula: "Good food and good service."
