If you like your poetry “unbuttoned,” Easthampton is the place to be. A new poetry series, dubbed Unbuttoned in homage to the city’s button-making past, brings spoken word to the Luthier’s Co-op on Cottage Street.

On March 14, the open mic evening is hosted by Kat Good-Schiff (pictured), who will follow up the open mic with a reading of her own work.

March 14, 7-8:30 p.m. (sign-up at 6:45 p.m.), Luthier’s Co-Op, 108 Cottage St., Easthampton.
